Patrimonial company

A company whose assets are made up of more than 50% financial investments or whose assets are not related to an economic activity. The patrimonial company must be established following the procedures of a mercantile company and will become subject to patrimonial taxation once the above requirement is met and more than 50% of the capital belongs directly or indirectly to no more than 10 partners, or to a family group.
